To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost has to be transferred to our bank account. The booking is binding as soon as the money is received.

Cancellations:
We charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the agreed booking price from 3 months up to 1 month prior to arrival.
The cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price from 1 month up to 1 week prior to arrival.
In the case of cancellation during the last week prior to arrival, we charge you 90% of the booking price and, in the case of early departure, 100%.

According to Austrian law: "Gem. § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärts-geschäfte-Gesetz)" there is no 14-day withdrawal right from the binding contract.
